WE PAY for VSA, AMVIC certification. Our Alberta and British Columbia locations require individual accreditation to sell a vehicle. But that’s not on you. Pass the course and we’ll reimburse you in full as you begin your career in the automotive world.
WE INTRODUCE you to the company. Beginning your first day on the job we get you acquainted with all things DriveNation through New Employee Orientations and Manager Orientations that detail about our company, benefits expectations and for management specifically, a Manager 101 training session.
WE INFORM annually. Training courses for a healthy workplace and environment are mandatory at DriveNation. All staff are put through the following courses annually, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System, Occupational Health and Safety Awareness, Workplace Violence and Harassment. We also provide course specifically for the management level to ensure Attendance Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Conflict Resolution, Handling Difficult Conversations, Professionalism in the Workplace, Progressive Discipline.
WE PRACTICE, DAILY. Practice really does make perfect when it comes to executing our daily basics. That’s why we have an in-store training calendar for all locations. Every morning we practice a different fundamental from greeting customers, to working phones and using our systems. It’s all in an effort to deliver the best customer experience, buying a used car. Ever.
